This Privacy Policy explains, in accordance with the GDPR, why AGL DIFFUSION, as publisher of the VURTO website and software, processes your personal data, how it is protected, your rights, and how to exercise them.
It covers: (i) the websites under the vurto.ai domain; (ii) people who register for our events or receive our communications; (iii) users of our services (including via the dashboard sign-up forms).

3. Recipients
Your data may be passed to our technical sub-processors (hosting, payment, emailing) in strict compliance with the GDPR. We never sell your data to third parties.
4. Retention periods
- Account data: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years
- Billing data: 10 years (legal obligation)
- Connection logs: 1 year
- Cookies: 13 months maximum
