1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereafter "ToS") define the conditions for accessing and using the services offered by VURTO, published by AGL DIFFUSION.

VURTO is a SaaS platform that helps e-commerce businesses optimize the visibility of their products on AI search engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all of these terms.

3. Description of the Service

VURTO offers the following features:

• Analysis of your products' visibility on AI engines
• Tracking of your brand mentions in LLM answers
• Competitive analysis on AI search engines
• Optimization recommendations
• Scheduled automatic analyses
• Dashboards and reports

4. Sign-up and Account

4.1 Account creation

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4.2 Liability

You are solely responsible for the use made of your account and for actions performed under your identifier. In the event of unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately.

5. Pricing and Payment

Applicable prices are those displayed on our site at the time of subscription. Payments are processed securely by our partner Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen.

6. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Service (software, algorithms, interfaces, texts, graphics, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of AGL DIFFUSION and are protected by intellectual property rights.

The User retains ownership of their data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". AGL DIFFUSION does not warrant that the Service will be free from errors or interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by the User during the last 12 months.

9. Termination

The User may terminate their subscription at any time from their customer area. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

AGL DIFFUSION reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access in the event of a breach of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

AGL DIFFUSION reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts of Créteil (France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
